Local Delivery (Singapore)

  • Local Shipping Fees is at a Flat Rate of SGD 2
  • Enjoy Free Delivery for orders over SGD 60 & above at checkout

Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas, hotels, and restricted areas.

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment. All orders will be shipped via Singapore Post.

The shipping details including tracking website will be provided in shipping confirmation email.

If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer.

If your order is made during any vacation notice dates, it will be processed the next working day after that period.

Please allow 24-48 hours to process and pack your parcel upon order confirmation. Your parcel will handle by Singpost for delivery.

You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom made items, and items that needs to be silver smithed, may take another additional 3-5 working days.

All local orders will be delivered via Singpost Smartpac which comes with a tracking number and it will be delivered directly to your letterbox. If the parcel does not fit the letterbox, it will be redirected to the designated post office for collection. You may track your order on: https://www.singpost.com/track-items

Processing time: 2 - 4 working days

International delivery usually takes up to 8-15 working days generally depending on country (excluding weekends and public holidays). And sometimes the parcel may experience delay at customs.

We ship to the shipping address stated in your order, please ensure that the address is correct to avoid any delay. If parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or no collection from the post office, a re-delivery fee is applicable.
