What currency are prices listed in?

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).


How much is shipping within Singapore?

SingPost Registered (SmartPac): SGD 2

Free shipping for orders SGD 60 and above.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping fees vary depending on destination.

Due to postal service limitations, we currently do not ship to the following countries: Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Uruguay, Uganda, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Afghanistan, Burundi, Eritrea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Angola, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Somalia, Belarus, Central African Republic, Guinea-Bissau, Nigeria, Sudan, Benin, Cuba, Syria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Togo, Myanmar, El Salvador, Rwanda, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.


How do I track my order?

Upon arrangement of courier, a tracking email will be sent to you with your tracking details.

Shipping methods:

* Singapore orders — SingPost SmartPac 

* International orders — SingPost Registered International Service or Aramex depending on your location.


How long will delivery take?

Order processing time: 1–3 working days

(Weekends and Singapore Public Holidays are excluded)

Estimated delivery time within Singapore: 3–5 business days


EXCHANGE, RETURNS & ORDER CHANGES

Can I amend or cancel my order?

All confirmed orders are final. Changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been confirmed.

What if my item is damaged during delivery?

If your crystal jewelry is damaged during transit, we will provide a refund if:

* The issue is reported within 5 working days of receiving your order

* Supporting photos are provided


I received an incorrect or defective item. What should I do?

Are your jewelry pieces suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. All jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin.


JEWELRY CARE

Will the hardware tarnish?

Yes. However, with appropriate maintenance, the hardware on your bracelets should last a minimum of one to two years.


Tarnishing is a natural process. To maintain your jewelry:

* Use a silver polishing cloth

* Store in a cool, dry place

* Keep items in an airtight pouch when not in use
