To keep your jewelry looking its best, we offer restringing and hardware replacement services for both elastic and wired bracelets.   

Note: Hardware replacement services include restringing (subject to parts availability).  

We offer full restringing and hardware replacement services to keep your favorite bracelets in top condition.   

📌 Additional Information & Exclusions

• Shipping Fee: A flat return shipping rate of $3 applies to all repair orders (borne by the customer).   

• Defective Items: If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 3 days for evaluation.   

• 18/24K Gold & 925 Silver Components: Excluded from standard rates listed above as they rarely require replacement. Please contact us directly for a custom quote if needed.   

Plain Bracelets

* Plain bead bracelets can be resized smaller by removing beads.

* Any unused beads will be carefully included with your order.

* If you require a larger size, please contact us. Depending on the design, additional metal spacers or components may be added where possible.

Designer Bracelets

For our more detailed designer pieces, we may add or remove beads, spacers, or findings to accommodate different wrist sizes.

Please note that the final design may vary slightly from the original to maintain the overall balance and appearance of the bracelet.

Some designs feature an adjustable extension chain, allowing you to customise the fit without resizing.
